Companion Credit - Home Collected Credit System

The client is a provider of loans and retail goods. The system manages all loan issue transaction, collections, customer account management, statement printing and the production of management reports. The system is developed to the degree where: Over 15,000 customer statements are produced each week. A Palm Pilot software suite has been developed to provide collection transaction recording, receipt printing and data import/exporting. A mobile phone billing system suite is incorporated into the software. A retail catalogue sales system has been incorporated into the system. This module includes full stock control, sales order processing, VAT accounting, profit analysis, delivery and invoicing modules.
