FREE EPC GRAPH GENERATOR

If you are buying or selling a home you now need a certificate by law. By October 2008 all buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented out, will require one.

This free utility allows you create your own high-quality Energy Performance Certificates, for inclusion in your property particulars. Type in the two relevant high and low ratings and the utility will generate an EPC graph for you as a JPEG.
