Home Collected Credit System

Our client was a provider of doorstep loans and retail goods. The system managed all loan issue transactions, collections, customer account management, statement printing and the production of management reports.

The system was developed to the degree where over 15,000 customer statements were produced each week.

A Palm Pilot software suite was developed to replace the need to produce and rely on paper statements. Collection transaction recording, receipt printing and data import/exporting was then transferred over to Palm-Pilot systems that utilised a battery printer for receipt printing.

A mobile phone billing system suite was also added into the software.

A retail catalogue sales system was incorporated into the system. This module included full stock control, sales order processing, VAT accounting, profit analysis, delivery and invoicing modules.
