Property Pal

Originally developed for Palm-Pilots we now have transferred this technology to allow use on Smart phones.

Property Pal is an ingenious assistant to the estate agent. It enables the export of all or selected property records into the Palm or Pocket PC device. In addition to capturing pertinent data on the property, vendors and applicants/purchasers, the system also downloads full particulars attached to the property.

The best part of the system, enables the user to create property particulars on-the-move. This is facilitated from drop-down lists contained within a Phrase Manager. Standard paragraphs are effortlessly compiled and generated into a perfect format.

The system also boasts a useful search and match tool to enable your client to be easily matched to the right property for them.
